How to write song lyrics with AI
You go from an idea to structured, ready-to-sing lyrics in three steps.
Describe your song
Type your idea into the "Describe your song" box (up to 2000 characters). Add an optional Song Title, then set the feel with Mood chips (Happy, Sad, Romantic, Melancholy, Energetic, Chill, Dark, Hopeful) and Style chips (Pop, Rock, Hip Hop, R&B, Country, Jazz, Electronic, Folk, Ballad). You can also pick from 10 languages so the lyrics come out in the one you want.
Tip
A specific scenario plus a mood gives you much better lyrics than a one-word genre. "A hopeful song about moving to a new city alone, nervous but excited" will beat "pop" every time.
Generate your lyrics
Select Generate Lyrics, 1 credit. The right panel shows "Creating your lyrics" and usually finishes in about 5 seconds.
Review, copy, or turn it into a song
Your finished lyrics appear with a clear structure, labeled sections like [Intro], [Verse], [Pre-Chorus], and [Chorus]. Every result is saved to your "Your Lyrics" library, so nothing gets lost. Open any set of lyrics to Copy them, Edit the wording, or hit Use in Music to send them into a finished song.
Turn your lyrics into a finished song
Lyrics are only the start. When you like what you have, open the lyrics detail panel and select Use in Music. That sends your words straight into the AI Music Generator, so you can pick a voice and a sound and hear them sung back to you.

Improve lyrics you've already written
Already have a verse, a hook, or a rough draft? Switch to the Custom tab. Paste your words into the "Your Lyrics" editor (up to 3500 characters), use the structure chips ([Intro], [Verse], [Pre Chorus], [Chorus], [Bridge], [Outro], [Hook], [Break]) to shape it, and add an optional Song Title.
Then tell the AI exactly what you want in the "How should AI improve it?" box, for example "make the chorus more emotional and add a bridge." Select Improve Lyrics, 1 credit to get a polished version back. It is a fast way to break writer's block, tighten a hook, or fix a verse that almost works.
